Davdebby Foundation for Orphans and Underprivileged Children is a non-governmental organization established in 2022 and committed to safeguarding the well-being of vulnerable children through education, mentorship, vocational training, humanitarian support, and value-based guidance.
We believe that every child deserves dignity, opportunity, protection, and the support needed to grow into a responsible, confident, and independent adult regardless of background or circumstance. Since our establishment, Davdebby Foundation has continued to impact lives through educational support initiatives, outreach programs, advocacy, and community-based interventions focused on vulnerable children and families.

Davdebby Foundation operates an orphanage home where we accommodate, care for, and support orphaned and vulnerable children. We are committed to protecting the rights, dignity, safety, and wellbeing of every child under our care by ensuring they are provided with shelter, education, emotional care, psychological support, protection, mentorship, and a safe environment to thrive. We also recognize the emotional and mental impact of neglect, trauma, abuse, and poverty on vulnerable children. As part of our support system, we aim to provide counseling, psychosocial support, mentorship, and emotional wellness programs to help children heal, develop confidence, and build healthier future

We provide empowerment opportunities for teenagers and young adults by equipping them with vocational, entrepreneurial, and life skills that promote self-reliance, confidence, and personal development. Through mentorship, counseling, emotional wellness support, career guidance, and financial literacy training, we help beneficiaries develop sustainable income-generating opportunities and build brighter futures. To further support their growth and independence, selected beneficiaries are also provided with startup equipment and resources to help them successfully launch and manage their entrepreneurial ventures.

We conduct community outreach programs focused on supporting families and caregivers through parenting education, welfare support, food distribution, medical screenings, and community sensitization programs. Through our Christmas outreach initiatives, we provide food items and support materials to families to help them celebrate and enjoy a joyful festive season.

We support vulnerable children by helping them return to school through school enrollment support, payment of school fees, provision of educational materials, school uniforms, books, bags, and stationery. We also support some children by covering examination fees such as WAEC to help them complete their secondary education successfully.
